Our story

Desk & VA was founded by serial entrepreneur Sina Bakhshalian on a simple belief: growth should be both scalable and human.

Hiring a virtual assistant often meant choosing between a freelancer working from home, with all the risk that brings, and a large outsourcing firm that hides the real cost. We built Desk & VA to sit in between: your own dedicated assistant, working from a proper office, at one clear price.

Today our two offices in Dumaguete City support clients across Australia, New Zealand and the US, and we plan to add more than 500 new workstations as we expand to more cities.
