    Tell us about the role, choose your plan and pay the US$499 deposit securely by card. The deposit confirms your commitment and starts the recruitment process. It’s refunded in full if we can’t find your match.

    We confirm the details

    A Desk & VA manager contacts you to confirm the job description, working hours and salary range, then sends your invoice for the plan you’ve chosen.

  3. Step 3

    Meet your shortlist

    We aim to send your shortlist within about two weeks. You interview and choose.
