Switching providers? Love us or leave us.
Move your VA to our Core plan and your first four weeks of workstation fees are on us. If we’re not better than your current provider, leave within those four weeks and pay nothing for the workstation.
For clients moving an existing VA from another provider to the Core plan. Your 6-month minimum term starts after the four free weeks. Any transfer or hire-away fees charged by your current provider are your responsibility, so check your contract first.

They attract a higher recruitment fee on Core, and on Signature they are priced on enquiry. We confirm which applies on your Strategy Call, before you pay anything.
Why our prices are lower than they look elsewhere
Every provider in Dumaguete draws on the same local talent and salary levels. The difference is what’s included in the price you’re quoted.
Many office-based providers quote a seat fee on top of salary, then charge separately for equipment and payroll handling, so the real all-in cost often ends up higher than it first appears. On Signature, salary, workspace, equipment, payroll, HR and compliance are in one weekly fee, with nothing else to buy. On Core, you pay your VA directly and we charge only for the workstation.

Yes. Pay six months in advance and save 10%. If you are moving an existing VA from another provider to our Core plan, your first four weeks of workstation fees are free under our Love us or leave us offer.
If we can’t find your match, your recruitment fee is refunded in full. If your VA resigns or isn’t performing within 120 days, we recruit a replacement at no extra recruitment fee, provided your account is up to date.
